KSP Math Magic : Easy Math Learning

Surabaya, 26 February 2020, Wednesday at 10.30 a KSP seminar with the theme of Math Magic presented by Dr.Ir.Endang Setyati, M.T. is a unique material and truly memorable. Mrs. Endang's Math Magic is still the basis of ordinary mathematical calculations, she teaches how to count quickly in this seminar without relying on a calculator. "By counting, we can slow down Alzheimer's disease, because we do not know when the disease will strike in this era," said Ibu Endang.

The material presented is still basic, but what attracts attention is how each number that will be added or will be operated has a pattern, where if the pattern is known, we can count quickly without using a calculator. Quoted from Mrs. Endang, "We can calculate this figure in less than 7 seconds if we already know the pattern." And after being proven it is true. And compared to calculating with a calculator calculating in this way can really train our brains to remember and calculate fast.

For some people this is still new and it is not uncommon for them to think that it is an illusion or trickery from others. But on this occasion he proved that Math Magic has a formula and is not a magic or an eye illusion. And this is true because Ibu Endang herself proves that each number has its own pattern. For example, solving the power of multiples of 3, this can be solved with the modified binomial coefficient formula. So that the formula of these numbers has the same characteristics as the binomial coefficient formula but is slightly modified so that it contains the principle of quick counting.

From the KSP it can be concluded that mathematics is not a difficult thing if we have mastered the pattern, on the contrary it is a very fun thing if we have mastered it.
